Volevo provare la pizza così tanto vantata. ottimo l'impasto tutto il resto molto deludente a partire dalla cottura fino a raggiungere gli ingredienti utilizzati.......piacente....non il consiglio! pancetta oata i cubi del supermercato inaccettabile!

Premesso che ricerco sempre luoghi, dove mangiare un boccone, che abbiano solo e soltanto luci calde, perché il cibo va contemplato e mangiato sotto una luce che non deve abbagliare, né il commensale, né il piatto... Spesso i locali ben arredati, hanno cibo normale. Qui dalla sig. Iolanda, non solo l ' arredo, la sua persona, nonché sua nipote, sono di un confortevole pazzesco, ma il cibo è molto buono... Le pizze superano tutto... Sono a dir poco strepitosee. We stayed In Niscemi for a couple of nights at the Feudi del Pisciotto. After the first night at the hotel we ventured out and I chose this restaurant because of the reviews on Google. We were a party of 4 visiting from London and I can not tell you how much we were made to feel like true guests! Yesterday my boyfriend and I dined in this sicilian characteristic restaurant placed in Niscemi where tradition was mixed to innovation. We met at the first place the amazing chef Virginia that introduced us to her amazing food. We had two main courses, the first one was homemade mortadella tortellini pasta in a beetroot cream that gave to the pasta a touch of earthy taste, to finish it was a small bufala mozzarella that released a hint of freshness.
