Scrann - Menu

Went on a Sat evening 7pm booking. The two front of house staff girls where really nice and friendly. Very prompt. Pizzas absolutely excellent . Was quite empty and closed early, felt a bit rushed tbh. Shame.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was amazing. Everything we ordered was so delicious that we couldn't stop sharing bites with each other. I'm from America, and if I don't return here before I leave, I might cry. View menu

Absolutely shocking experience, took my daughter for her birthday but waited nearly 1 1/2 hours and still no food, waitresses were clearly trying their best. Kitchen was a joke, owners clearly don't care about the service they offer because they own nearly half of Norton. Left after our mains didn't come. There's obviously just poor management of the place.

nice tasty pizza, service ok, bit lite on staff, compfy enough for an hour or so, quite loud, but good decor, food all looked nice but went in for a sourdough pizza. Main issue is the choice of pizza, to many fancy pulled pork and chicken not enough classics, no option on extras, so no onion or pepper, no crunch, found one that needed a bit of crunch but enjoyed all of it....

This is the second time I've been to Scrann, the first was a quiet evening before a quiz night, and the other week when we went at lunch time, just as it opened. The food is fantastic, my friend adored the theme and music. However I've been twice now when the place is almost empty and the food takes forever to come out! Luckily, it is worth the wait. Went here for the Sunday lunch menu and it was really good and excellent value for money. The inside deco is nice and cosy and as a large group we received excellent service in excellent timing too. I would highly recommend the meatball starter, beef main and brownie dessert myself and other members of the party enjoyed the pork and chicken mains and the strawberry cheesecake.

Second time at Scrann and both times were pretty bad. The place was half empty but still took 45 minutes to get a pint from ordering it. It was absolutely boiling in there but we were told they could only open one window. Not great when we had pregnant and children in the group. Food was quick but everyone said their food was bland. We got one meal free because it was literally dry spaghetti with some mussels in it. The servers were very apologetic and helpful but the food left a lot to be desired the the whole thing was just tedious and disappointing. Not an enjoyable experience at all View menu
