Fantástico restaurante con una carta de producto local exquisita. Decidimos compartir todo y lo trajeron ya repartido en dos platos, un detalle sencillo pero que se agradece. El local es muy agradable en pleno casco viejo. Sin duda un sitio para repetir y recomendar.

Nos encantó y mucho. Ha sido un descubrimiento. Estaba todo muy rico, muy bien presentado, un servicio maravilloso y un ambiente insuperable. Además pudimos ir con nuestro perrito; a él le encantó también. Un sitio precioso con una oferta gastronómica muy buena. Cuando volvamos de vacaciones volveremos a ir. Súper recomendable, de verdad.

Sebastián by Gorka Irisarri… Sin duda aquí podemos decir que se han juntado el comedor más fantástico de todo Euskadi con las muchísimas ganas que tiene Gorka de cocinar bien para muchos más… por lo que sentimos el sábado cenando ya tenemos ganas de volver. Los hongos la ensalada y la merluza estaban geniales. Sebastián te merece mucho Gorka, le devolverás la magia de sus inicios…

Absolutely outstanding lunch. We were there during the fiesta on the busiest day the 8th. Only the special menu was available. 7 superb course presented beautifully with immense care to match the plates to the food. Quite astonishing. The chef GORKA IRISARRI is incredibly charming and so enthusiastic about his food. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and will go back in a couple of days. Please note it closes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Really great restaurant, atmospheric decor. After several days of eating pinxtos we were looking forward to a regular meal. This place did not disappoint, probably the best steak I've ever had! Lots of little extras like an amuse bouche starter of soup and croquettes. Lovely chocolate dessert followed by homemade chocolates served with coffee. Reasonable prices and lovely wine. A very friendly Spanish lady running the show very efficiently looking after all the tables.

Después de varios años cerrado, ha abierto nuevamente este premiado restaurante, ahora a cargo de Gorka (el dueño del destacado restaurante Danontzat, situado en las proximidades). Conserva la mayoría y buen gusto de lo que antes era Sebastián, situado en un lugar centenario y protegido, habiendo cambiado la vajilla y poco más. La carta mantiene el gran nivel que siempre ha tenido (y el precio destacado), pero sigue siendo uno de los restaurantes destacados para los gourmets.

Restaurante Sebastián was a delightful surprise for dinner within the medieval city walls and just within the shadow of the Iglesia de Nuestra. Guests at the Parador, Hotel Obispo and other old town establishments would be well advised not to overlook this culinary gem lying right at their doorstep. The cod with tomato sauce and peppers was the freshest and best prepared this diner has ever enjoyed; other standout dishes included monkfish with shrimp, leg of lamb, and crab salad. Orange flan with lemon verbana sorbet and a 10 year port provided the perfect finish. Although possible to mistake for just another gastrobar from outside, inside the small establishment is a tasteful oasis of order...
