"Korean food is one of my favourite cuisines. We don't have proper BBQ Korean place in Bristol which it would be a hit if anyone wants to open! The food were amazing when I went they all super tasty, simple but perfect. If you like spicy food here's the place for you. We ordered A LOT; pork bulgogi, Dukbokki, pancake, spicy fried chicken and some extra kimchi. I like the way good restaurant doesn't need to have extravaganza deco or building but just really good food. O would recommend to get there early if you're looking for dinner time this place gets busy very quickly every night. Very reasonable price and staff is so lovely."

Excellent home made style Korean food. I had delicious bibimbap and vegetable pancakes. It's technically not BYOB but you can bring your own for a corkage charge. It's a small place so book ahead!

This restaurant serves delicious Korean food in a simple, no-nonsense atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and there are options for vegetarians and vegans. While the restaurant is not licensed, customers are allowed to bring their own alcohol.

The food was delicious, but the portions were small. The waitstaff seemed a bit absent-minded, and I had to ask for things multiple times. The decor needs improvement, with peeling wallpaper. However, we were given an extra bowl to share our dishes, allowing us to try both South and North Korean cuisine. View menu

Quite a unique experience. No plates, eat straight from the take out containers wonder if that's a Korean thing? Food was nice, just too salty for me; biggest thing you need to be aware of is that they take don't take card payments... Only cash or back transfer...? Luckily has enough cash on us. They should warn us at the outset.

Amazing food, very reasonable prices, and great service. We absolutely loved everything we ordered, and the fact that it's a BYO means you can afford to indulge on the food because you aren't paying silly prices for a bottle of wine to go with it. Also liked how simple it is inside would always rather be wowed by the food than the interior decoration! Can't wait to go again!

This restaurant is superb! Awesome! Staffs are really kind so I couldn’t help giving them a tip! This one is called Ugeogi galbitang. This is one of my favorite foods in this restaurant. When I sipped, I felt like I was in Korea. Exactly same taste maybe better! Also If you want a spicy one, just ask them to make it spicy! I tried other foods as well! no doubt it was really nice View menu

I recently tried the Korean fried chicken and savory pancakes from this restaurant through their delivery service. The fried chicken had an authentic taste, possibly the most authentic I have found in Bristol, tasting just like the ones sold by street vendors in Seoul. The pancakes were okay, but I believe they are best enjoyed fresh as they did not taste as good when ordered for delivery or takeout.

Fantastic authentic Korean food. I was taken here by my Korean friend 혀리 (Hye-ree) and was given a taste of what it is like to dine in Korea. Not only was the main meal superb (I had Beef Yukagejang Hot Pot), but it was great to share the complimentary side dishes, including Kimchi, as well as the larger ones we purchased ourselves. In the end it was very affordable. Our group of six was full up and our bill came to less than £14.00 each. I also tried my friends Ugeoji Galbitang Hot Pot which was delicious and would recommend this to anyone trying food here for the first time.

"Visited here in Sept 23 for an executive dinner that we were hosting for various senior business leaders. We booked out the whole venue, which was the perfect size and atmosphere for the intimate and exclusive feel that we wanted, plus a convenient location. The TV that shows into the kitchen was fascinating, and the record player was put to use towards the end of the evening! Caroline from the venue helped us organise the event in advance and was great to deal with. We were fortunate with the weather so were able to enjoy a welcome drinks reception out the front of the venue, and have the door open all evening to let the balmy night in. We had the 7 course taster menu and it was simply OUTSTANDING so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was, particularly the beef steak course! It was so tasty that I even enjoyed the fish dish (not usual for me! . Service on the night was exemplary, the courses were brought out at just the right intervals so you weren't waiting ages but also not being rushed. The chef came out to greet us after the final course, which was a lovely touch and meant we could thank him. Overall, we had really great feedback from our guests, everyone loved it thank you for making our event such a success! We would definitely book again, and I know a few of our guests have already recommended it to their own companies for executive dinners! Would not hesitate to recommend."
