Lamb soup with vegetables of the moment, perfectly mastered cooking, tender meat, melting, tasteful, excellent. Choucroute garnished with 5 very good meats as well, excellent kidneys, grilled sandbread very good, etc. No false note, the dishes are quite copyy and excellent. Sorbet mango and raspberry, loafed with mandarin sorbet clementines, soup of warm quetsches vanilla ice, etc. Very good.
