What a shame this place has gone so down hill, a simple burger seems like a major task.

I had delivery, so not sure about the atmosphere, but the pizza was very very nice, loaded with toppings, very pleasant surprise . Recommend!!!!

The food is normally nice tonight however the chicken was hard, and overcooked.. it looked dry and crispy, like it had been kept warm for ages. I would not serve food like that to anyone. Very disappointed

Absolute joke, ordered from here hundreds of times for years with no issues, tonight we ordered 2 pizzas, told 45 minutes as usual, 2 hours later and 4 phone calls on, no food. Told twice the driver was 5 mins away, then told he delivered to number 55 (doesn’t exist on our street) then told it was actually taken to number 5, (again doesn’t exist on our road, we are 54 where they have delivered to loads of times for years) Finally we just asked to cancel for a refund, the response was ‘ok we’ll refund you, bye’ Shame really, think we’ll be looking for a new local! An honest answer would have been nice!!

We are regular customer of SGT Pizza and ordered pizza twice a week but from the last two months, Pizza was coming soggy but thought to give chance given it happened for the last couple of order but today, when I again ordered the Pizza and chips, it came soggy. So i waited and complained today and asked the delivery boy to stay but when we call sgt, they were so careless, seems like their ego was way bigger than any customer satisfaction' as he is selling 50 pizzas every day so he dont dont care (this is what he told us on phone) so and instead of apologising he started to argue.. he was not ready to accept it and being rude to us which is not acceptable....very bad experience.
