"we're here for the 50th birthday. the personal could not have been more helpful and courteous, they even helped to decorate our table, and there was no bit that there was over the table and balloons 100 fold. the food was delicious! yes, it costs a little more than other restaurants round, but it is very nice decor and I am used to london trips so it was not expensive. and they were also very helpful with the cake. will definitely go back to my birthday meal!"

Almost everything was excellent. One small issue… the air conditioning seems to have a perfume emission which my wife and I found rather overpowering. The odour clung to my wife’s jacket and was still there the next day!

I can highly recommend Shampan, Welling. It used to be our local curry house and then we moved 50 miles away. But, for special occasions, ie. My wife’s birthday; it’s worth the trip back. The food is top notch and Abour, Noyon and Nabil gave us both 5 star service throughout the meal. I can’t praise this establishment enough.
