"one of the classic restaurants in manresa, is always a success. We went to celebrate the farewell of a coworker and we were a good group. They put us in the downstairs room where you can be quieter. We were and ordered plates of broken eggs with truffle, tataki of tuna which was very tender and nervous, very good. We also order a tomato salad with cheese and pesto sauce that personally drips the combination and a calf carpaccio with parmesan. After the second, we asked for chops to the point, well red inside but without any blood and the point of the flesh was great. We finished it all with a bottle of wine do pla de bages, bernat oller de oller del mas and with desserts to share."
