"As far as I could see, they have three vegan options. 1. Poke you choose your ingredients, protein is chickpeas. 11 € Vegetables Avocado 1€ Mango Tomato Corn Peas Cucumber Crispy onion Caramelized onion Olives Edamame Wakame Toppings Almonds Peanuts Pistachio Sesame Seeds Pumpkin Poppy seeds Walnuts Sauces Soya sauce Curry sauce Teriaky sauce Thai sauce Poke sauce Mango sauce 2. Vegan sandwich called Pan Vegan. Chickpea and artichoke cream, rocket, beetroot jam and crunchy chickpeas. 8 € 3. Hummus with artichokes and chickpeas. Chickpea and artichoke cream with crunchy chickpeas and sesame. With croutons. 11 € We ordered local malvasia which was delicious and Pan Vegan which was also very delicious. This is actually not a delicatessen per se like a shop , it's more like a tapas bar. You can sit down at a table inside or outside and order food and drinks. "walking for bosa one evening after dinner my attention was emphasized by this restaurant and so we tried a few days later. the environment is definitely nice service very nice and great food. we took 2 appetizers and 2 seconds of meat and fish two glasses of wine and water spending a sixty euros. great value for money and when I return to bosa I will definitely return."

"we stopped for a lunch break, passing through bosa and after reading the positive reviews. we ordered a pistoccu with raw and grain scales and a sandwich with burgers, salad and bacon. food in the norm, without infamy and without praise, prices in line with what is located in the area, clean room and friendly service. to try again on another occasion, perhaps focusing on more delicious things"

"I’m 7 days in Sardinia, we truly enjoyed only 3 restaurants and this was one of them. The welcome and service was very warm and attentive throughout and we f we’d let we were in the hands of an authentically caring host. The grilled cuttlefish was a treat indeed and the food was overall delicious and good value for the price. We’d return!"

"we ended up in red shrimp on a local person's advice, looking for a restaurant with local cuisine, good quality at honest prices, after various misfortunes in other bosa premises. we were pleasantly surprised by the informal atmosphere but breathing quality, professional ways of staff but also friendly, and the quality of the dishes. we returned two consecutive nights in two tables always in the outdoor area, ventilated and well furnished with simplicity. the white of the house, delicious the appetizer of smoked fish, no less the other courses and to definitely get the myrtle done by them, with intense and aromatic notes. among the many alternatives of the country, a place where shopping is definitely better suited for the offer."
