We had a wonderful evening! The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. All five stars!

nice pub, great food, courteous staff. we had the fish chips and the shoulders of the lamb, the meals came out very quickly and we are the best quality! will definitely be back for more.

Bourne doesn't have many vegan-friendly dining options, so discovering that Smiths has a separate vegan menu was incredibly exciting! They currently offer five vegan dishes, and we tried the smoky chili tacos and the cherry curry—both were really delicious. View menu

Been here twice now. Food is great, portions are solid. Prices are more than fair. Only faults are no salt/pepper on table nor any sauces BUT they will go and get sauces if you want them, I just don't like asking and I know I'm not the only one : Will definitely return when we are in Bourne. We had a wonderful experience at this lovely pub, and we appreciated that they provided water bowls for our dog. The food was incredible—we enjoyed the lamb shoulder, fish and chips, and shared the chocolate brownie for dessert. We left feeling completely satisfied! The staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

We decided to stop by for dinner on a whim, without making a reservation. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and were able to find a lovely table outside in the beer garden. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try, and I definitely plan to return. A big thank you to all the staff for the wonderful experience!

We visited for Sunday lunch about three months ago and had a wonderful experience. We decided to go back based on a friend's enthusiastic recommendation of the fish finger sandwich. Unfortunately, we were all quite disappointed this time, as the sandwich seemed to have shrunk by about 75%! The portion sizes were very poor overall, and while the desserts were enjoyable, they were also quite small. Additionally, our table was sticky and hadn't been properly cleaned. Perhaps we were just unlucky on this occasion, as it seems there has been a decline in standards.
