We've been at this place early this year and were really impressed by the quality, variety and spectacular presentation of the food - will be back!

the restaurant is located in a unique location in the middle of the mountain. just before the traditional “Virgen de la bien Aparecida”. they are also famous for their culinary joy. their “Croquetas” won the best croquetas in Spain a year. it is worth trying... but they must reserve in advance because it could be full. for a better experience I recommend sharing

man, a cook, and I went here to lunch. we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself. she was so nice, funny, obligated to help us with menus and wein. my man has made the 18-speed tasting menu while I ate from the regular menu. eating, presentations, taste was amazing! we have enjoyed this place so much and cannot wait to go back! an absolutely incredible culinary experience!

Nos comimos unos pintxos de tortilla y la verdad, ¡qué bien! También buena ración, no como otros lugares que te ponen más pan que tortilla. Posiblemente la mejor tortilla de chips en Cantabria y seguramente entre las mejores de España. Es 3,50€ y una tortilla total 25€. Al día siguiente queremos reservar para el almuerzo. Encantador restaurante, junto al santuario de los bien designados. Tratamiento al cliente inmaculado, lo que pedimos fue exquisito: como aperitivo gratuito que nos ofrecieron algunos filipinos de chocolate blanco con foie y una degustación de pan con aceite; entrando tomamos huevo con crema de calabaza, trufa y papada de cerdo ibérico, y aperitivos; como un plato principal agradable, picado, delicioso! Para concluir, con el café pusieron algunas pequeñas picaduras de chocolate. por supuesto, quieren repetir la experiencia

Several things got me out of this restaurant that didn't impact anything else to start, the width. the view breathes when entering the place, has a decor of cinema and even sitting on the table indicates the care of the details to follow, the design.
