Sopwell House - Menu

I was not very impressed by the limited menu options and found the food to be rather bland.

The food was pretty good loved the fish and chips. Service is great, very friendly and attentive.

Very nice lunchtime buffet. All good. The slight downside is everyone else in the restaurant wearing white dressing gowns. View menu

The services is excellent, the food was nice. I would however much prefer to eat at their other restaurant which is a lunch buffet.

Popped in for a coffee and had a portion of chips and passion fruit brulee on a Sunday afternoon very attentive staff and friendly attention x

I took my girlfriend, who has celiac disease and is dairy-free, to this restaurant, and they accommodated her wonderfully! The food was outstanding! I highly recommend the gluten-free and dairy-free roast dinner.

My husband and I enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Sopwell House, both at the restaurant and the brasserie, and we received exceptional service. Most of the menu items can be made gluten-free, and their understanding of cross-contamination is impressive.

After enjoying cocktails on the outdoor garden terrace, we had dinner at the restaurant. Despite our group consisting of two intoxicated individuals, one sober person, and a child, the staff provided exceptional service. The food was delicious, especially the items from the grill menu. We ordered the Angus fillet steak, grilled lamb, and a few other dishes. The steak was tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The lamb was also cooked as requested and seasoned well.
