"Me and some colleagues were taken there for lunch when arriving in Carpi an afternoon. The restaurant is located just at one of the tennis clubs in Carpi, and I guess you have to know it's there. Judged from the visitors (which were quite many) this must be considered as a local place. To my understanding it also caters for larger assemblies special occasions etc. We set out for the extravagant and extremely buffet of antipasti you can gladly stay with this for lunch (together with a bottle of Lambrusco, of cause) since there are so many different dishes to choose from and all of them very eye pleasing and mouthwatering. Even though I was close to being full after the antipasti, I was almost force fed to a perfect linguine with seafood by our host. The service was fast, efficient and knowledgeable even if you should pass by as a non native to Italy, you'll manage, as several of the waiters were fluent in English. It might be hard to find initially due to the location, which is a bit off the beaten track but it is worthwhile. Highly recommendable."

pasta bolognese wan not so good. pasta was overboiled. the grilled salmon was not cooked enough. there is a lot of starters to choose from the open bar.

Posto carino, cibo nella norma, personale forse un po' impreparato sui vini. Ho chiesto una falanghina e mi hanno portato un fiano. A fine pasto ho chiesto se avessero un vino dolce e mi hanno guardato come se avessi parlato in ostrogoto... Alla fine mi sono dovuto accontentare dell'amaro.

We had in November a business dinner and we surprised from the antipasti buffet, everything was tasteful and delicious. The wine was excellent but they served us for main plate Italian risotto and it wasn't so good , it was hard enough and with no flavours. At the end of the buffet it was a great selection of desserts. Nice place to eat but avoid risotto.
