"I've been here for several years and the food and the service is in order. but I went tonight with my family and the food and service was excellent, much better than before and best threw that I tried in bangor. it was a 5-star experience and will definitely be back. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone."

We only ever order online. James prepared our food and it was very very tasty and good portions as well. We have tried several other places, but only order from Star of Bengal because of their consistency and value for money.

This is the best Indian food in Bangor. By far our favourite restaurant and I have tried them all, topped with a personal service. Don't look anywhere else for a great takeaway or restaurant service with free corkage BYO. I can highly recommend the Madras and Vindaloo.
