"Siamo passati un mese, consigliato da un amica, fa ed era pieno, quindi abbiamo pensato: caspita! Qui si mangia bene! ... posso capire che a mezzogiorno il menu è ' quello da lavoro ma non capisco come si possa servire una pasta al pesto così acido da darci fastidio fino a sera...ma il fatto più divertente è ' stato quando ho fatto osservazione alla gentile signora che mi ha risposto : è ' acido perché c è il basilico...fresco Oh my god!!! ma come lo fate il pesto ad Oggiono? Inoltre il basilico fresco non è ' mai acido e ha un profumo FAVOLOSO. Abbiamo mangiato perché avevamo FAME. Per il resto... Peccato."

"This restaurant is very old style indeed which gives it plenty of charm. The menu is rather restricted but we ate the starter of the house which was tasty, the first course which was nothing special but not bad and the overly priced 2nd courses. The food was all pretty good, I don't fault the quality at all but moreso the quantity and prices. The second course consisted of 2 little slices of stracotto and a bit of polenta not worth of the €12 price. The desserts again at €5 were very good but again considering the location and the style of the place seem a tad expensive. The wines too have an extremely high markup, compared to most other places. The very same bottle of ribolla gialla that we drank in another restaurant a few days before cost €4 less than here. All in all a nice day out and good food but too dear considering where you are and the kind of restaurant you're eating at."

"semplice posizione locale che in ogni angolo ti fa sentire a casa, in una posizione suggestiva che ti fa sembrare essere nell'alta montagna. il posto sembrava abbastanza pulito e ben tenuto, ripeto che è tutto molto pratico e semplice, in pieno stile di montagna. personale molto gentile e ospitale, ci siamo sentiti a casa. i piatti prima di tutto il personale ci ha portato i piatti in tempo zero (era sabato sera e non c'era ancora riempitivo,) le pizze molto ben cotte, gli ingredienti mi sembravano qualitativi. L'unico problema che abbiamo incontrato è che ci siamo sentiti salati (forse per il prosciutto in modo che a casa avevamo così tanta acqua. dessert eccellenti, davvero ottimo, da provare. prezzi e prezzi nella norma per il tipo locale, vorrei tornare presto a provare i risotti di cui ho letto recensioni molto positive."

"Sono andata a cenare in questo ristorante in compagnia di due amici, abbiamo ordinato due Antipasti, due primo e un secondo. Al momento del arrivo delle portate, sn arrivati un antipasto, i due primi e a distanza di pochi secondi anche il restante antipasto(..piu chiaramente uno di noi si è trovato con l antipasto ed il primo in contemporanea). Allibita ho fatto notare, con garbo,in quanto più succedere un disguido nel servizio, questa cosa e scusandosi mi han portato via antipasto e messo in caldo, per poi serviranno riscaldato come secondo. Arrivato il secondo ad uno degli altri commensali, c è stato un altro disguido, il Trancio di salmone era completamente crudo al suo interno. Si è fatto notare anche questa cosa, e la cameriera prontamente ha portato via il piatto per cuocere meglio il pesce, servito poi dopo una decina di minuti buoni. Il Trancio di pesce era palesemente surgelato, e niente di diverso mi aspettavo per lo standard del ristorante, ma almeno il saperlo cuocere a dovere era il minimo. Alla cassa abbiamo fatto notare questa cosa, ma a parte un confermare che il servizio ha avuto delle pecche, anche gravi a mio avviso, non c è stato applicato nessuno sconto o un offerta dei caffè presi. Era la seconda volta che andavano ma sarà anche l ultima. Pessimi."

"we have found that many restaurants are open at certain times in this region of Italy, but with this the waiter/manager allowed us to sit outside and get the table ready, although he was not yet open to dinner. we didn't push our luck, we asked them when it would open, because google isn't always accurate, but was pleasantly surprised when they met in advances to order us before it opens, top service! the pizza itself was good, got the napoletana pizza with the anchovies. ordered coffee before the pizza came after an active day and although they say joking, there should not be the other way around beginning, they happy gave a beautiful coffee, cappuccino is their specificity, not like latte in Great Britain (latte translated as milk), as we quickly understood."
