"It was braidy to the red cross on this Sunday 22/09./2013 and it is by chance that we fell on the strawronnais (I have not too understood the difference between the strawron and the strawronnais on one side of the other an open the other not. Finally no matter what well eaten (menu a 21 e , entry -plat ) a salad with delicious chicken, followed by a pillow accompanied by mushrooms and a wonderful dauphinois gratin cooked in the oven in its small very pretty pot (the other convives apron of sapphire, panned with a no-scratch at all a delight ! and as we sum of real gourmets we succumbed to the In a word a delight! I even recommend if the service lacks a small touch of heat, while being perfect! you go out repused but happy without being suffocated by the fat bravo the strawronnais!!!!"

Excellent time tonight, balanced, tasty dishes. Bravo to the Cheffes cooks! And special mention to the server: warm, friendly and very professional. We can only recommend.

Menu at 39€ excellent entry and good dessert, my wife did not like the creativity to add unnecessary ants from a gustative and repugnant point of view. The wines are too expensive 46€ for a basic wine.

This is the third time I come to the Substrate and I was never disappointed by the quality of the dishes and the choice of the wines. It has always been a culinary experience that marvels taste buds, with inventive, subtle and tasty cuisine. I can only recommend. A mention for the tasting menu with the wines in agreement.

working in the neighborhood I made one of my canteen. a nice staff, simple and good dishes, a value for money and the possibility of having wine in the glass. In short, all the criteria to make a good little neighbourhood restaurant. for the followers of the "high gastronomy", there is always bocuse, but the dish is not 9 euros. You have to put things back in their context!

We hadn't come back to eat for a long time but the surprise is still in the plate :presentation, mix of flavors.... Effective service. Small wine Dard and Ribo at the top It's really perfect. See you soon. But what a disappointment during our visit in November. Medium kitchen and above all high service. We had taken a menu in 5 services and wine agreements. Very fast service, not time to finish our glass of wine. And when we made a note on a wine we felt a great cold. So average cuisine this time, wines with disappointing agreement and zero service. I don't understand why my second opinion that I posted, negative this one, doesn't appear. So I rectify the first one.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
