Sunstar Grillkota - Menu

We were staying at Sunstar and a member of our party was 60. The hotel provided a great Raclette party here for nine of us. Brilliant as is Sunstar

Oliver treats all guest like they are life long friends! The scheduled meals, events and entertainment are wonderful!! Definitely sign up for raclet night in the hut!!! Sheer euphoria and loads of laughter!!!

This experience was amazing. It's definitely something must do if you're in Wengen. The food is great, but the company and the people you meet are what make it so special. Oliver was an amazing host! I feel like I've made life long friends from the hut. Definitely make a reservation now!!!

Een 'tuinhuisje' met open vuur waar je met 10 personen kunt bbq-en of kaasfonduen. Alles mooi aangekleed met schapevachtjes en kussentjes. De kok helpt met het vlees garen en komt af en toe de wijn bijschenken. We hadden een briljante avond met 2 gezinnen. Iets beters vind je niet in Wengen.

We visited Wengen in June of 2017 and were treated to one of the best meals on our trip at the Sunstar Hut. The warm, rustic setting was the perfect compliment to the delicious food/wine accompaniment. You definitely will not go hungry here and it is well worth the price. Oliver was a terrific host as well and gave us some other recommendations in the area.

Oliver, our host, looked after us very well. It's like a private dinner in a very special environment... Cottage is compact, but very beautifully designed and built- fondue was delicious and the fondue dinner was very good value for money. Oliver is extremely knowledgeable about Wengen and the region, so we learned a lot in the evening. Would highly recommend, especially for groups up to 10-12.

8 of us booked the Grillkota for the evening. We chose the Classic Grill menu. You get a mixed salad starter, followed by a barbecue of chicken, pork, spare ribs and sausages with baked potatoes. All of this is prepared for you by an entertaining chef. Needless to say the beer and wine flows freely, and if you have kids they can make as much noise as they like. All in all a terrific night out - thanks to Willy the chef for great service.

My wife and I had a excellent time with Oliver and the other guests. The atmosphere was fun the food was excellent. Oliver was a great host he made the evening fun. The hut was very elegant and comfortable. By the end of the evening we had made new friends. This was one of the best evenings we've had staying in Wengen. If back in area in the future I would really like to do this again. This was the number 1 thing I've done in Wengen since being here:).

This resort is amazing. Right upon check in, the front desk was warm and welcoming. We received a complimentary Gluhwein on arrival and Oliver the GM was there to greet us personally within minutes. The half meal plan that comes with the Interval bookings is fabulous. We participated in the Raclette Hut one evening. What an incredible concept. The Hut is small and circular from the outside. Once on the inside, the seating is cozy and warm centered around a circular fireplace. The inside is made of pine paneling. We loved it and want to build one in our backyard in Arizona.
