"Waren bereits zweimal vorher auf unseren Radtouren (2007 und 2008) hier. Auch diesmal haben wir wieder dort sehr gut gegessen. Um 20.45 Uhr sagte uns der freundliche, junge Kellner, daß er keine Bestellungen mehr annehmen dürfe, da die Küchenkapazitäten aufgrund des Andrangs erschöpft seien. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob wir es denn in einer halben Stunde noch einmal versuchen dürften, bejahte der Kellner. Als wir gegen 21.20 Uhr - nach einem schönen Spaziergang durch Ueckermünde - wieder eintrafen, nahmen wir draußen am letzten freien Tisch Platz und wurden sofort bedient. Meine Frau und ich wählten den Garnelenburger und den Fischtopf. Der Fischtopf war auf der Karte als "Extragroße Portion" beschrieben. Vorab wurde noch ein Brotkorb mit einem vorzüglichen Griebenschmalz gereicht. Was dann nach gut 20 Min. serviert wurde, verschlug uns fast den Atem. Ein üppig belegter Garnelenburger und eine sehr große Schale Fischtopf. Geschmacklich war beides exzellent. Wir hatten Mühe, beide Gerichte komplett zu verzehren.Für uns nach wie vor die 1. Adresse in Ueckermünde. Danke an Herrn Weiß und sein Team. Weiter so!"

"Wir waren während unseres Urlaubs mehrfach im Roten Butt und haben jedes Mal super lecker gegessen. Besonders die frischen Fischgerichte waren ein absolutes Highlight. Da es immer sehr voll war würde ich in jedem Fall empfehlen, vorher zu reservieren. Die Bedienung war immer sehr freundlich, einen Abend hat uns sogar der Chef persönlich sehr nett beraten und bedient weil so viel los war. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch super draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen mit Blick auf die Schiffe und den Hafen."

I guess that's better. the city rug is now the ueckermünder brauhaus stadtkrug . there I was too hospitable today. the ambiente is unique, took personalities are depicted on the walls and quoted from them. the device is held rustic and dark. the food has not convinced me, raw meat with roast potatoes. I had better definition. You should eat that in thunder. the service was courteous and friendly. 15.03.11: Today I was there for coffee time, exceptionally good coffee, aromatic and beautiful hot. the cherry spice cake with creamy skins very delicious. here is brewed own beer, but I did not try."

"As soon as we arrived in the area, we had great hunger in the evening at 7.45 p.m. and did not want to look for long and followed the recommendation of a resident to feed in this pension. The restaurant of the pension was relatively well visited on Tuesday at the time. It was pleasantly warm (end of August) and all approx. 12 tables outside were full. Inside everything was empty and we chose a table right there where all three waiters were constantly sleeping inside. The three did this for about 20 minutes before we could order. The menu we had put on the table by the way. An A4 side was printed on one side and welded into film. I assumed it was the day menu, because there were about 6 main dishes listed. Later it turned out that is the complete menu. I was disappointed. That should happen more often. The only food I had to say was the pork medallions for 13.80 euros. I chose fries and pepper sauce. My accompaniment chose Chicken Wings with French fries. We inquired what the Wings cost, as there was no specific price indication. It was 50 cent per piece. 30 minutes passed. I inquired about the order and received the answer today is much to do and it does not last long. We got a salad plate. He was one of the medallions. My stomach crimped, I've been awake since 5:30 and hadn't eaten for 12 hours except an apple and a banana. Finally another 15 minutes later the wings were standing on the table. The medallions lasted another 5 minutes. The Wings were about as long as a normal thumb and only a little thicker. Besides, they were rather fried too dark. The medallions were the worst I've ever eaten. They were fibrous and tough in places. From the 6 to 7 pieces I had eaten 4 of which had to be cut away a lot. The height of the medallions was about 1.5 cm. (I know this from Mother’s kitchen differently) The fiery pepper sauce with many whole peppercorns had the strength chili and tried to cover the salted and too hard-fried pumices. The few green beans that were unexpectedly still on the plate could not improve the food. In the bill, there was also some trouble with the older waitress, because the young waitress, who had told us the price for the Wings, has turned out to us. A mini-ring with bone costs a euro. Totally overpriced."
