"We finally made it to Tacohaus and absolutely enjoyed everything. Being from Texas we are very particular about our Mexican food and had given up on finding anything Mexican worth eating in Frankfurt. Tacohaus was exactly what we’ve been missing. It’s not Tex-Mex but really...good Mexican food like we are accustomed to eating in Dallas. We started with the scharf (spicy) guacamole and chips and lime margarita on the rocks. The guacamole was GREAT and hot. Rarely do you find true spicy food in Germany and this hit the spot. The Margarita was perfect. Only place we’ve had one this good was in Texas. For our main courses we ordered the Tacos Al Pastor and the Five Tacos. The homemade flour tortillas and meat were excellent. Loved the mixture of the 5 Tacos with the chicken mole being our favorite. The only bummer was we were so full we did not have room for dessert. Tacohaus will be a regular in our restaurant rotation."

Overall, food was very moderate. The guacamole was good but the rest of the dishes were only decent. The lemon margarita was good but the strawberry one was anything but nice.

We saw the rating of Tripadvisor and went to this small little Mexican restaurant- the guacamole was good and so was the Tres Lesh- but the Tacos was not at all good- needs to be re- rated!!

As a frequent business traveller and lover of the Mexican kitchen, I visited Tacohaus in Frankfurt with little expectations. The place was near the office and I was hungry, but then I was in for a pleasant surprise.This restaurant, run by real Mexicans, turned out...to be a gastronomic treasure. Definitely my favourite Mexican restaurant in Frankfurt. Mike's tip: The Margarita Patron ;

Dinner with friends. Authentic tastes, more Mexicans than Spanish ones but good. Cocktails and wine good as well. Menu not so big, but the offer is fine. Location so beautiful, better to book cause not big restaurant. International atmosphere. Service good, sometimes a bit slow....For me not a problem at all but who's always running knows about it. Great, we will be there again next time.

This is the best cozy authentic family food you can find in Frankfurt city and its surrounding. I lived one year in Mexico, so this is southern Mexican cuisine, is NOT the average Tex-Mex cuisine one can find in USA cities. As I also lived...in Texas so, I know that the last one, has lots of fatty ingredients according to the dietary local cuisine and large portions of the American diet. The owners and staff are warm people who contribute for a relaxed and enjoyable meal.

I have believed this restaurant on a random walk and decided to come back with a friend.We were very pleased with eating, drinks and service! the waitress was very attentive and we believe that the owners who sat near us for their break were very...friendly that eating was really delicious from starters to dessert. I did not eat much real Mexican food, was only for a short time in mexiko and as tourist naturally. but here, eating seems to be more authentic, only because of the aromes contained in the dressed, they cannot find it in the other so-called Mexican or tex-mex restos in the opposite. we will definitely come back for more!

we were looking for Mexican restaurants in frankfurt with google and we saw that this place could be the best choice, but it wasn't. the place is beautiful and comfortable, but unfortunately there were some bad things. 1. at the beginning we entered the place. and there was a friendly guy who talked with a very unfriendly girl who saw us as if we were mulled (all of us Mexicans, that is disgusting, please ask her friends to be polite or not to stay there.) 2. the woman who visited us was very friendly and polite, we have no complaining, unfortunately eating was not really good or not what we expected. 3. the price was high and quality compared to other Mexican restaurants in Germany.

I have read some critikens that were critical of the size of tacos and the authenticity of this place. I'll tell them this is as authentic as it will. tacos will actually look and taste like this! (no taco dishes thank them. great too! . super service, very friendly. I knew it would be authentic if I recognized many other customers and the personal was also Mexican. cannot say enough good things about this place. we had the appetizers for 4, the Taco sampler, tacos al pastor, gringas, from the menu that we asked for next rows and drilling and everything was delivered immediately and with a smile. I recommend the aguas frescas and dessert churros. my children are picky eaters and here they ha...

My husband and I and our kids really liked the food but it just wasn't so filling. I ordered the gringa and it was pretty much a small quesadilla with chicken. The tortillas on top and bottom were way smaller than regular tortillas. It tasted...really good though. It was nearly 13 euros and I could have likely eaten two or three of them. My husband ordered the tacos but I don't think the portion was very big for what you pay. It was 5 small corn tortillas with a small portion of shredded beef and tiny salad. So we were quite pleased with the food but it was super expensive for the portion size. Our bill came to 45 euros with tip and we only ordered two of these gringas, tacos(5 small ones) a...
