"We visited the restaurant tafelspitz on a lukewarm summer evening. It is easily hidden with a rustic, a cheerful refreshed courtyard near the city park. so we could make ourselves a sprayed. to eat we chose the white carving and to dessert the imperial carving of the calf, had a reasonable size and was well prepared. we only missed the traditional potato/grain salad to this dish.On this supplement, the cook should think again. The imperial-smarrn came to the table well prepared with apfelcomott.leider we had a waiting period of 45 minutes. I found this very luxuriant because of the number of visitors. But we had time and wine! The price-performance ratio is excellent! In our 2 hours stay we could find that many masters were present. This speaks for the grounding of this local. we'll be happy to come back."

Here you feel comfortable, a hommage to Austria.Hans is a wet that makes his work joy.He cooks and it tastes always good and a schnapps after there is also. What can you expect more.A refugium in winterhude, you have to find it.It is worth it.

Super delicious food, super nice service and everything for a very fair price. The food takes 5 minutes longer, but it is clearly noticeable in taste how everything is made fresh. Cosy/Russian ambience, which is well suited for beautiful evenings.

We were here for the first time today and I can only say that we are really excited! The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We would like to have eaten in the restaurant itself, but unfortunately it is not possible at the time for Corona. Of course there is still food to take. View menu

something hidden is the tafelspitz an absolute secret tip! there is no fixed menu and everything is fresh and prepared by the chef after availability. Therefore, waiting times can occur, which are however paying off. the white carvings are an absolute dream! the prizes are unbeatable for what you get. everything is very familiary and cozy. we were thrilled.

servus kärnten! hans and his team allow for a short holiday in the middle of hamburg. Once you arrive, you will be greeted with a real marillenschnaps made from kärnten. then you can choose the white calfscarf or table-spitz before you finish eating with an imperial bull. after another mandatory snaps you can go or, what happens more frequently, you just sit and "extended your holiday!"

Really a very cozy restaurant with good-bourgeois cuisine and nice staff. Clear map, but that's perfectly fine. The food was very delicious and the portions huge. The prices are therefore justified. We were quickly served and the food came within 30 minutes at a well-stocked restaurant. The furniture is cozy, the furnishings and many decorations but certainly not everyone's taste. We definitely come back! View menu

the load is a unicum, just like his owner. one eats very well here and should best follow the day recommendation of the chef. that stands alone in the kitchen, so the selection is manageable, which always comes to me. Of course there is a very good and good carving, but also the name-giving tafelspitz was recommended. The mood is family and cozy and the chef also likes to chat with the guests. especially sweet I found the small courtyard terrace. always.

on Saturday, July 29, 2017 we visited the top of the table after a planetary visit. the local is about 350 m away and walking from the planetarium very well to reach. we had reserved and were received very friendly at our arrival! the local is certainly not a gourmet temple but originally designed and cozy. the wet hans, a kärntner hot stone, has a small map with Austrian specialties that he prepared very tasty. the optics on the teller still has air up! the service kati has served us friendly and courteously and clearly conveys to us that we are very welcome guests. the food and the drinks were delicious! all in all, it was a funny evening that we liked super. we will definitely go back to...

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
