I'm not sure if staff was inexperienced or incompetent, but they annoyed the heck out of me. The restaurant itself has less charm than an Indian section in an entertainment park. The only reason this place even gets a star is that the food was good. But we waited over 2 hrs for our food to come out and when we went to pay they said they could not take card. Even though there is an american Mastercard sign on the door. When we pointed that out he then decide he could take our card. Which means hes just trying to avoid the minuscule charge. Would not recommend.

So, waited for my order for an hour, even tho it was pre ordered for pick up. The samosas were not freshly made, instead are bought done and just baked. Do not recommend at all. Lamb vindaloo was too oily and the potato in it wasnt done, it wasnt cooked properly. Also, it wasnt spicy at all, everything was too salty. The only thing im gonna go back for is Mangolassi. Can confirm that the previous review about the vindaloo is 100% correct despite ordering it extra hot , it was neither spicy nor flavourful. The chicken and potatoes tasted like they were added at the last minute and didn 't absorb any of the 'mild ' flavour from the sauce. The samosas were watery/runny inside and also lacked flavour. On a positive note, the service was friendly and prompt, ambiance was nice and clean. I frequently eat at indian restaurants all over Germany, and this was the worst food that I 've had flavour wise which has prompted me to write a review

Got a Lamb Tandoori Tikka Masala takeaway via lieferando from here tonight at a cost of €17.90. The food was inedible because it was grossly overcooked and dried up. I called them to complain about the food and request that they replace it with something edible. I spoke with a nice lady but the management were taking no responsibility whatsoever. They said i would have to bring in the food myself for them to inspect it. I explained that I am temporarily disabled and cannot leave my apartment.
