Kind and professional staff, excellent and plentiful food with a lot of typical Roman variety, excellent cacio e pepe sautéed in a form of pecorino and amatriciana with crunchy bacon, sublime saltimbocca all accompanied by an excellent local wine, honest prices, we I will definitely come back when I return to Rome. The female owner is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food is delicious. It was the best carbonara I had during my trip. The lamb dish was also very chewy.
