"1st time there today and we all had a lovely day. Lunch for 4 of us was quite expensive and the toy shop seemed rather pricey too. The childrens lunch box where you picked five items had no piece of fruit anywhere which was disappointing. Our 20 month old had fun but some things he was too small for. Lovely to see so many older children playing happily. Service: Dine in"

"I just visited the Rosebank Garden Centre to shop for Christmas decorations. I found a wreath that was priced at £49.99, along with another £100 worth of decorations. However, when I got to the checkout, the wreath rang up at £84.99. I questioned this discrepancy since it was clearly marked lower. When I tried to point out the incorrect pricing, an employee snatched the wreath from me, removed the price tag, and told me they had 24 hours to change the price to whatever they wanted. I was shocked by this behavior and the lack of customer service. I wouldn't have picked up the wreath at £85, but I would have purchased the other decorations. Instead, due to the way I was treated, I decided to take my money to a place where customers are treated with respect."

"Arrived for dinner and drinks with a few girlfriends. Saw the cheese pull on the garlic bread from a viral TikTok and knew we had to try. Guy who seated us was eccentric but charming and efficient. Ordered our drinks from a good selection and all going well. Starter came out. They were nice. I ordered bruschetta which was nice. The mains really let it down through. The lasagne was burnt, dry and stodgy and the “garlic bread” was toasted cheese so disappointed. My friend pollo Milanese which was tasteless. My friend has a pizza and that was delicious she said. I would have made a compliant and sent it back but there wasn’t a single waiter or waitress to be seen for about 20 minutes. No one asked how our meal was, offered us any more drinks (we only had the one as they didn’t offer us another! . Overall TikTok fad it seems and super disappointed."

"The first time we ordered from this restaurant, they forgot part of our order. Upon calling them, they mentioned that they were busy and would deliver the missing items the next day. Several months later, we received a promotional email offering a 15% discount, so we decided to give them another try. However, after completing the payment on their website, we encountered an error message stating "error creating order in the backend." When we called to address the issue, we were informed that they were unable to assist us and suggested we use Just Eat instead. Despite explaining that we would lose the discount, they offered no help or solution. We have still not received the missing food from our original order, and it seems unlikely that they will deliver it anytime soon. We would advise avoiding this restaurant in the future, as their customer service and reliability are lacking."
