"Avoid, reserved a table 2 months in advance, reservation lost- no table on arrival. Offered x2 seperate tables (not ideal for party of 11) Waited to be seated. Half the table served and finished before the rest of the food came out. Woman manager constantly chomping at the bit looking for an argument. Kept coming back to the table to tell us its our fault the food has come out separately and that we couldn't prove we had booked a table and we are rude. I have since emailed them with a complaint and an email trail between myself and The Bank as proof of reservation. Must've heard I'm sorry you feel that way 20x (this is not an apology) celebration ruined by there inability to admit they were at fault and just leave us alone. Food average, not worth the agro"

We came in today and it was perfect. Looked after from the second we came in. Food was brilliant, the burgers are amazing and big . Such a friendly place and wow , how many TV screens? I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this business ! The customer service is second to none.We had chosen a hot chocolate this time but sometimes we do go for a different beverages such as Hawk-stone but there’s a variety of selection and the quality is consistently outstanding each time we visit ! Go and give it a visit it’s awesome

This place was a real surprise. We had the full English breakfast, usually a fairly standard meal but the quality of ingredients and the standard of cooking was really good. The guys behind the bar accommodated some special requests for one of us who is a vegetarian. The value for money was great and the visit to the Bank brightened up a wet and miserable January day

Fantastic place ! Especially if you enjoy watching sport as they have multiple large screens so you can keep across all the biggest events at the same time. The food and drink is excellent. The best thing is the customer service from the hard working staff who go the extra mile and nothing seems too much trouble. And they are dog friendly. Ticks all the boxes ! Has to be the best place in Rugby
