"Went in for breakfast and ordered two bacon and egg sandwiches but asked if the bread could be toasted. I checked the bill and I was charged for a toastie, in essence I was charged an extra £4 to have 4 slices of bread toasted, bit steep and when I questioned it was told, that’s what we do and that’s that.
