"Finding a path that lead of the main stream of people traffic delighted to find a quiet place. Met quickly by staff outside they help you find a spot in garden out back inside or at one of the tables in front (only for 2). Price a bit steep for small scones but they gave large portions of jam and cream. Yea is served in beautiful porcelain cups. It’s worth the stop. Staff nice but once served not very attentive!"

It is a good enough place to visit if you are in Rye. Sadly it has very high competition when it comes to service.

Very accommodating as we have a large dog, the bagel was really good and decaf loose tea the best I’ve had. Super quaint and excellent value for money

This tea room is down a lovely cobble pathway tucked away. Really cute and cosy inside. The hot chocolate tasted amazing. The afternoon tea was nice. Service was quick. Cake was a little dry but may of been the hot weather.

An absolute delight on a rainy afternoon! Cheese scones were delicious and so warm, cream tea was generous and just right. Service was exceptional especially the young lady who ran up a steep hill after us to return my phone which I had forgotten

Beautiful little place, quaint. Fantastic staff ,particularly the waitress Romley and the person in the kitchen , who on 28th Aug , made us delicious sandwiches even when kitchen was closed. Romley was kind and courteous and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
