"I was very disappointed with my experience. It's a fantastic location, but honestly, it seems like they don't prioritize their customers. I had made a reservation for 2 o'clock but arrived early, only to be told there would be a one-hour wait for food. How challenging can it be to serve a Sunday roast? The place wasn't even half full, including the garden area. Clearly, there were not enough staff on duty. I waited 20 minutes at the bar just to get a drink. When the food finally arrived, it was disappointing; the roast beef was tough. It's not enough to rely on a beautiful location to make up for poor service and subpar quality. I won't be coming back."

Very disappointing experience at Coy Carp this time. Food was very blant. We used to dine here quite often a few years ago. Since that time this place has definitely lost its charm.

It was a bank holiday, but after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, our food still hadn't arrived. They forgot our drinks for the jubilee celebration and apologized for the oversight!

We went on Thursday of last week for lunch and we were very cold even though we were seated downstairs. We sat near the windows overlooking the canal and grew more and more cold as the meal continued. This is a shame as the ambiance, service and food were very good.
