Ordered 2 coffees and 2 tea cakes, coffees came after 15 minutes luke warm, 25 mins later still no tea cake we had already finished our coffees so we paid the bill and left no apology shocking service wouldn’t return.

Had 2 poke bowls that didn't come as stated on menu no avacado). Forgot bowl of chips and sneaky gits added 10% surcharge small print at bottom of menu) over priced for mediocre experience. Had two pints as well £55. Shan't bother again.

Their service is not great, in one word rude. Told us to wait outside to be seated when lots of empty tables inside, and it was raining. Staff just standing around and let us wait, when we had elderly people with us. We waited over 10 min, and decided to leave. Will avoid in future. View menu

Look and cleanliness was good. Food was OK. Correct food and warm at least. The service was just awful. Had to ask for cutlery abd napkins for both starters and mains. Brinks came out well after the starters. We asked 4 time for water for the table a d still didn't get any by end of the meal. Poorly organised and understaffed.

Lovely breakfast, but service was slow and food a bit pricey. Only one ladies toilet and one gents outside at the bottom of the garden and you'll have to wait in the cold outdoors if it's occupied! Watch out for the 10% service charge added to the bill (in tiny print at the bottom of the menu). You'll get a better deal at the Riverside Cafe nearby (closed on Wednesdays though).

We were greeted promptly and then it all went downhill. We found a table inside as instructed and then, after 15mins, had to ask for someone to take our order. A different waitress came over and was very curt as if we were inconveniencing her by order coffee and cake. We ordered 2 Americanos (1 decaf) and a piece of carrot cake. About half an hour later we received one milky coffee not what was ordered at all! Eventually we got 2 black coffees and the cake, which was delicious. We went to the restaurant for a light lunch and cake. The chips and nachos we ordered arrived quickly and were okay. However, we did not receive any cutlery or napkins, and our plates were not cleared after we finished eating.
