The restaurant was cold when we sat at the window. Soup came cold back into the kitchen a bowl came hot the other still cold. Completed the main course before wine arrived. Didn't even ask if our meal was okay. Not enough staff to handle the number of diners. disappointment as we used restaurant in the past and were very happy.

there is a vegan menu that was great, but several items I ordered were not available as they did not have it on stock and so I had to order something else that was disappointed. the app does not work properly, so I did not get my 33% though my booking via the app after the promotion and the service was bad, as we ordered drinks extra and the half of our order came out and the other half never came. disappointed total and will not be back!

The waitress had no clue to take over our order or deliver it!! Food came out, but only for the three meals instead of four, no steak knives came with food, wrong sauce for my steak, had to wait while the other meal came, which left our meals cooler. In all those years I have gone out, I have never, never come about this much inability and unprofessional waitress, I will not go back, although after speaking with managers we had deducted money from the bill.
