"Went for breakfast. Good quality ingredients, friendly staff, nice varied menu. All staff wearing masks or face shields. Knocked off a star because fat on my bacon undercooked for my taste, and I asked to be cooked more. Came back with meat cooked more but...fat still not crispy, so if I’d asked for further cooking meat would’ve been inedible. No gluten free options, i.e. toast."

This is our go to place if we want a hot drink when out walking. The coffees are lovely but the hot chocolate is made from real chocolate and is gorgeous. Worth a visit.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We were made to feel so welcome, and we'd only popped in for a cuppa. The service was excellent, and the hot chocolate was delicious.

Had a lovely lunch here with family . Home made fish cakes with new potatoes and salad and jacket potato with cheese and beans. The cakes looked amazing but we were full. Staff lovely and polite, will definitely return

Called in here yesterday for lunch , glad we did . Lovely friendly place , the lady who served us was so nice , the food was delicious, well prepared and presented . Great music playing , we enjoyed it so much and would thoroughly...recommend to anyone . Harry and Angie View menu

Wasn’t going to go in here at first due to only one other person being inside and it looked a bit dingey and unappealing. Luckily my judgment was wrong. Had one of the best breakfasts and every table filled up with people being turned away...before we finished. Only thing I could complain about is no black pudding.

We had a great and pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The salmon dish that my wife and I ordered was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was efficient and not rushed.
