"My partner and I went to this restaurant on Sunday for a roast dinner and it was amazing! We were impressed with the excellent service and food from the beginning to the end. Chloe and Sam were especially impressive with their attentive, professional, and polite service. They are a true asset to the restaurant team. Our roast dinners were delicious and after a busy day, we found the atmosphere very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we look forward to returning in the new year."

Visited this place for lunch whist out on a walk. Lovely pub with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors we chose to sit outside at the back as the weather was sunny. The food was really nice. There is a good range on the menu to choose from. Staff members are welcoming and friendly. We had an enjoyable visit.

This is a fantastic restaurant to take the family to. Despite being very busy, they were able to find us a table and we were served promptly. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The pint of Guinness was good and there were great tunes playing in the background. You will definitely enjoy your experience here!

During my stay at Forest Holidays, I highly suggest checking out the 15-minute walk to this pub/restaurant. The decor inside is stunning and the food is amazing. It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. While it may not be the cheapest option, it is definitely worth every penny. They also offer cocktails, though I was too full to try them!

the staff were very professional and tentative, they were some of the kindest people we have here. we came in here. the aromas of the dishes were well thought out and delicious. I'd give a 5 if she made the fat of the pork. that seemed a little lazy not to be done. a bit salt and a few points would be done the trick. if we are ever back in the opposite, we will be back and recommend them human.

a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere with very delicious food. had a blue cheese and speck burger, and a complete rippchen. well prepared and a pleasure to eat. beer was cold and the ice refreshing. we will definitely return to the dog and escape. I have to book this time. wait was a little long, but it was a very busy time for the staff and again we returned and had a fantastic meal. the booking was easy and the service was perfect.

Had to post about this place. Definitely 6stars. By a long way just the best pub food I've ever had . The steak and ale pie was properly homemade and quite simply the best one I've tasted. My daughter had gammon, ducks egg and chips and as shown was fantastic. The outside area was really well done and the staff were brilliant. This place shows what can be done properly when someone puts the effort in. My only problem is I live in South London! Very well done guys
