The Garrick - Menu

Amici is a fantastic little restaurant located on the quieter end of Lisburn Road, near Queen's University Belfast.

I went to Amici tonight with a group of friends and the food was delicious. I started with the bruschetta, which was fresh and light.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner on Friday night. The restaurant has an old fashioned charm about it. The service was excellent and the food was good. Well worth going. View menu

An old yet charming hotel with a lovely dining experience. The Hendon burger, accompanied by French fries and a sweet spicy tomato sauce, is both delicious and visually appealing.

Our experience of the Hendon Hall Garrick Restaurant was excellent. The speed of service was just right for a romantic dinner, the waiters were exceptionally polite and genuinely attentive. The food was beautifully prepared and presented.

I had dinner with friends at this restaurant. The outdoor seating area is quite cramped, making it difficult to eat without someone bumping into your chair. The food was good, but the portions on the daily menu were quite small, even smaller than the à la carte options. However, the prices are lower. The waitstaff were friendly and spoke French well. Worst dining experience of our lives. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not even busy. The management need training before they can begin to train their staff. The food was poorly presented. The tart was burnt, the Mediterranean salad came with cheddar instead of feta. The Mackerel salad was served as a piece of mackerel on a plate and the salad was brought in later separately. Would never go there again.

my man and I decided to eat here. it was a pleasant experience. we loved the cozy and intimate vibes of the restos. we ordered 3 courses: french wobbles soup as appetizer, due confit as main and cream brûlée as dessert. we all enjoyed very much and the portion size was exactly right. the price was medium and reasonable. I just pulled off one star because we had to ask for water several times before our glasses were refilled, but that is very low and I am sure it is because the restaurant was busy when we left.

We waited for over an hour for our first course: very over-cooked duck with vegetables which were not fresh. We couldn 't eat it. We didn 't think we would risk a pudding, so after coffee, we left. The duty manager did make a small deduction from the bill, but it did not compensate for the disappointment. There was also zero 'atmosphere '; it was like sitting in the hush of a church. One good thing was the restaurant manager (a lovely Polish lady) who was deeply apologetic, but obviously didn 't have the authority to do anything about it. View menu
