Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. The staff can't do enough for you. And are also a dog friendly pub with a doggie food menu. Will definitely be coming back.

My family of 24 people made a reservation with a week's notice and the restaurant was able to accommodate us. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and lovely. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you so much xx.

We had a lovely Christmas lunch with our family. The restaurant was very welcoming and well-organized. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. It was definitely worth the money and we plan on coming back again in the future.

We had breakfast with Santa, omg it was amazing Santa came round to the table the children loved it. Breakfast was brilliant lovely and hot the presents were fantastic. Well, where do I start, booked a festive fare Christmas meal for 38 people in the back room at the Good Companion. The evening could not have been better the food was outstanding, service from all the team was perfect. Which all went together to make an excellent night. Well done Scott and his great team. Came for dinner on Christmas Day alongside family. Have to say the food starters/main’s/desserts were amazingly tasty, The only downfall I have is the veg sprouts on the main could have been cooked a bit more but apart from that everything else was perfect. Service was quick and met all expectations. Definitely recommend this pub to anyone who likes a quiet pub/restaurant.

We booked our Christmas get together, £19.99 great price for three courses... However, soup was cold but tasty, bread fresh and tasty. Meals tasty but steak in edible, I brought it home to slow cook tomorrow. Christmas pudding was actually a joke, two thin slices, I say thin, slithers would be better to describe it.
