The staff were very friendly and informative. A very good rapport built up almost immediately. Cannot fault THE GRILL food and service.

The steaks we ordered, both the sirloin and rib eye, were cooked perfectly and of excellent quality. The prices are a bit high, as expected for being in the food court of Harrods, but the setting is casual.

service and eating were both places and places. our waiter/waitress duo laszlo (approved if this is written wrong) and sylvia were brilliant. a real credit to the grill. eating was served quickly and very tasty.

The food was delicious, just as I had hoped. I would recommend avoiding the bar seats in the center as they are directly across from the grill and it can get quite hot. It's better to request a table or a seat on the side. View menu

great food. we chose a set menu in advance, but would not disturb because it was not better than the main menu. steak was nice. like the appetizers. Beverage menu a bit restrictive and no availability for walks in the cocktail bar, which was disappointing.

The restaurant offers great value with a 50% discount through The Fork. I wouldn't pay full price as £40 for a burger is too expensive. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cocktails were good but a bit pricey. However, the food was delicious! The truffle fries and focaccia were outstanding!
