I like this place, honest pricing busy. says a lot when you come in. 2.49 pfund for a pint of ipa. I could stay the whole weekend!

on Wednesday, during the day and the service was fabulous. really friendly staff and eating was great, good portions and tasted beautiful. will be visited again.

Had a great value seniors meal today. Unfortunately there was a delay but the staff were excellent keeping us informed. Had a lovely time. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard and enjoyed our complimentary coffee.

Nice little pub in the middle of Fryern shops. Small free car park with plenty of outdoor seating. Very friendly staff. All COVID restrictions removed, but tables still cleaned after each use. Small seating area outside is proving very popular.

2. tike we ate here and both time service was great and eating was extremely well cooked and presented and great value for money. it may be only standard green-king food, but it is surprising how many pubs can screw it up, not here, although eating comes even hot!

We had a very enjoyable lunchtime. Unfortunately I did not photograph most of our meals. Well presented and very good value for money. Chocolate fudge cake was really superb, really worth showing a photograph of it. Nice clean pub. Excellent staff and very good service.
