"Visited TDH on a Sunday. Got seated immediately. We ordered a roast dinner platter with all the trimmings and lamb shoulder for £100. On the pricier side. This platter is good for 3 people. It was so delicious but slightly over oily. The cabbage and sprouts are to die for! The meat falls off the bone is tender and juicy. I ordered a champagne cocktail expecting it to be a bellini or something creative but it was underwhelming and literally a glass of sparkling wine with a brown sugar cube plopped at the bottom of the glass. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. They kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything if the food was good. Drink service was veryyyy slow. Interior is so pretty! I would go again to try their seafood; I've heard great things"

"If only I’d seen the owners reply to a bad review they got under their google reviews! Shockingly rude! A table was booked for 7.30pm tonight to celebrate an 18th Birthday, we pulled up it was closed! To see the look on these 4 girls faces, SHAME ON YOU!! Called no answer, finally answered by a rude man saying we open at 8! BS!!! You open at 6, no? As per your website? AVOID this place after the way they let down these young girls tonight, no sorry nothing! Thankfully Turquise in Loughton fitted them in at the last minute......ps. Now abuse me, be rude and call me a liar like you did the other bad review!!! NO STARS"

"I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and the service was top-notch. I have heard some people complain about the cleanliness, especially those who order through delivery apps. However, the food served here was freshly marinated and best enjoyed when served immediately after cooking. The dishes had low salt content and were incredibly flavorful. To appreciate this type of cuisine, one must forget about the heavily salted dishes we are accustomed to. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and so did everyone with me. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a water dispenser filled with fruits and mint for guests to enjoy. I don't understand the negative reviews as the service at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered two lamb shawarmas and a falafel platter, both of which had generous portion sizes. We had to take home leftovers because we couldn't finish everything. I have included some photos to showcase the beautiful presentation of the food, which is rare to find at this price point. I would give them ten stars and this is a genuine review as I am not affiliated with the business."

"teras fault-free Turkish grill in E17. we had heard good things about this place that has been open for a few months. it is now in the ground of a caff that was led by the father of the owners. they have been renovated in the right Turkish style, not exactly skin design or nothing, but in any case does not feel like their average kebab shop. more than in istanbul. in short (pressed for the time): if they have previously enjoyed the best of the Turkish places on green lanes, or in dalston or stokie, they will tear the joy of the news that teras in wood st. the lammschurre lands is the best we ever had and man, we kebabbuated summa cum laude. "We three gluttoneers invaded this delightful eatery to celebrate my wife 's, Angela 's birthday last Tuesday night, and it was better than great. We were welcomed into an inviting ambience of romantic lighting, light tiles and coloured walls, and shown to our favourite window table. Amidst the polite murmer of chat and laughter from diners already there, and the lovely background music, accompanied with a perfectly concocted Aperol Spritz and a Pornstar Martini, we made our selection from a varied menu, especially when you include their specials ' board. James, the proprietor extraodinaire, and the others made us feel right at home with the banter and laughter great. We soon made our selection. All three of us went for the Mango al Granchio; Nino 's do the best this side of Essex. There followed Involini Pescatrice, Saltimbocca Romana. and Linguini Gamberoni; all were faultlessly prepared and presented, and the flavour was astounding. This culinary perfection was baptised with a chilled Prosecco, and it truly woke your palate up. We then concluded this gastronomic extravaganza with a shared Apple Pie and ice cream with a surprise candle and team Nino 's singing 'Happy Birthday ' with their quirky horn wonderful. We finished off with a lemon tea, black Americano, Cappuccino, and black Sambucas plus complimentary ones from our gracious hosts grazie mille! Yet again, Nino 's have raised the benchmark in cuisine excellence, friendship, and laughter. Our compliments to the chefs in the 'hot room ' for their artistry and kind attention, and a huge 'thank you ' to all at Nino 's for an uplifting dining and birthday experience.
