"Today, a group of 12 of us went for a walk, and 9 of us decided to stop for lunch at a restaurant. What a fantastic choice it turned out to be! Everyone expressed how much they enjoyed their meals. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were beautifully cooked and presented, and the service was excellent. A couple of us brought dogs along, but luckily the pub has two restaurants, one of which is dog-friendly. It truly felt like a charming country pub, full of character. Thank you, Sara, and your team for making our visit a lovely experience!"

A charming pub/restaurant with an extensive menu, which sets it apart from many other establishments. It offers a much better experience than typical chain restaurants!

The staff gave us a very warm welcome. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. It was the best meal we had during our few days in Yorkshire. I would highly recommend paying a visit.

If you're looking for a traditional experience, make your way to Jolly's—a hidden gem if you haven't been there before. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is excellent, and the staff is very welcoming. They also offer a lovely selection of ales and lagers.

we visited during the lunchtime in bank holiday Monday were the staff welcoming and friendly and eating was amazing that we cooked the ham hock special and bubbly boiled in ingwer bier for pornstars and the rhubarb cheesecake and yorkshire pudding with skyberry and white chocolate sauce for puddings, highly recommended and we will soon visit again
