"Absolutely excellent! I can't recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic staff, fantastic food and fantastic atmosphere. We went for a birthday roast and had 3 guvernors roast meals wow so much food that we had to take some home with use. Meat was excellent really succulent and well cooked, perfect veg, roasties perfect and the gravy was spot on as were the yorkies. Go there you will not be disappointed."

Possibly the largest Sunday roast I've ever had went for the option with all three meats, pigs in blankets, lots of veg, two massive Yorkshire puddings and lots of gravy!

A tremendous find, in which high quality food is served in a friendly atmosphere, and in a charming venue, and... my 'going large ' certainly met the brief: I have never had such a large roast! It was fab!

Our first time for visiting King Street Tavern. The staff customer service was excellent and they were a credit to you. As for the Sunday roast it was huge and absolutely delicious. Just sad we haven't found you before. Thank you

Looking like an old school pub, you could walk past it and not realise the tasty goodness inside. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone! Great choice of beers and IPAs. All the meat we tried was ammmmazing, and the mac cheese, god damn!!

One of the best roasts I've eaten in a long long time. The beef was so tender and delicious it literally melted in my mouth like butter. Had the Guv'nor Roast which was all 3 meats plus ALL the trimmings. Great food great atmosphere great company.
