Took my dad and the dog on a day boat and we stopped along the canal at the navigation, so happy my dog was alloward in staff friendly. Highly recommended

Great location the sunshine helped but could have sat outside and watched the world pass by. A working canal passes by just outside although located on a busy road, could not hear traffic. Eaten there in the past food was of good standard. Only stayed for a drink outside with the dog who was made to feel welcome.

we had an eventful night here! unfortunately we collide with a motorcyclist from behind when we turned into the pub! the whole staff was very friendly and cared for us and the unfortunate young one who met us. the meal was superb when we were to eat around it and we will definitely come back very soon! cordial thanks to all staff for more patient and excellent service! and apologise if we let someone wait for dinner! the best wishes, simon and claire.

we have fallen on this pub in the summer and now it is our place for a nice meal. I wanted to say a special thanks to the chef tonight for cooking a wonderful meal on my birthday, it was really appreciated because we did not realize that the kitchen closed at 8 o'clock and we arrived at 19:55 o'clock. Many thanks for having her chef knows, they did not know that it was my birthday, nor that I am looking forward to it being a new mother. the steak Sampi-Special was beautiful and I can't judge the burgers high enough.
