faster pint and cracker service. I was there (packed) no more than seks before I had a well-cast cold pint in my hand. fantastic!

great service was served very fast, despite packed. helpful and friendly staff even had a Bair-Maid, ash help us step down with our coffee!

two weeks in advance booked for a Brat dinner, we went mile to make it in time, just to say there were no frying dinners - it was two clock and they had run out. was then said it was an hour waiting for food. what is the point of booking? don't waste your time. View menu

We had a very positive experience We arrived, without a reservation, and the manager was very accommodating in allowing us to sit in the main dining area. The food was great and we continued to experience good service from all the waiting staff. We really...enjoyed our visit and felt like valued customers

Was sitting enjoying a very nice pint, I had a about an inch left In the glass and one of the bar staff put his hand in my glass and cleared it away (at over five quid a pint, that’s worth When I mentioned...I was still drinking it, he replied there’s only spit left in the glass not even an apology!! polite team excellent in service beyond and beyond to ensure that they experience beyond expectations. it was very busy and all the workers were great to smile quickly and still smile, the bar wait was fast to move. large canvas for football and the second bar was opened to ensure that we missed no second of the game. great atmosphere will be back. if it were somewhere in a backyard, it would be a rather uninspiring place. the pub itself is not brilliant, and that eat quite standard, and its all on the expensive side of the dinge. his main selling point is the location at the river and sitting places, and therefore his positive experience, but I would probably come for drinks instead of a meal.

amazing food service and beer, large group of us individually ordered in small groups the dame behind the bar took all food orders like a profi, explains it can be a wait time and she would try to get the orders in the kitchen close and together so that we can enjoy eating as a family. then she remembered every drink she last made. excellent service, eating came hot and very impressed. the lookout and location are brilliant, but what makes this place great is the well-trained team throughout the pub.

The only redeeming experience was the general manager. He was very friendly and refunded us fully... before that however. Had to wait an hour food. The food was cold and we were told a difference soup of the day. The waiter was extremely rude. When...the tables next to us came out first we didnt say anything but he turned to us said calm down its coming out now It took another half an hour. When it did he arrived he bent down and said here you go NOW you can say thank you He was very in my partners face.
