The Peacock - Menu

I was made very comfortable by the personal, which is important for a disabled person. as a family we ate at the peacock some times during our short stay in the opposite. eating was very good quality at a reasonable price and the service was first class.

the staff was very friendly and our waiter was very attentive. the food was delicious, the appetizers, main dishes and desserts were all appetit and delicious. we were sat as desired by a window and we moved out later, on which was spot. beautiful family evening was from all, thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service at the peacock. we were in the connected premier inn during the visit family, bar staff for evening drinks were really friendly and welcoming, Sunday afternoon service was excellent and eating was delicious. I would visit again!

A wonderful pub restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and the staff were very sincere and helpful. It was definitely service with smiles. The food was excellent and hot! The sirloin steak was cooked as requested and is certainly recommended. The real ale was well kept and tasted superb. We will be back.

On arrival there were three things requested from the menu that were not available. I ordered a steak medium well it was very well done. My friend ordered a well done which was so tough he couldn’t eat. I thought it was poor that a steak costing £21.95 did not have any garnish or peas with it. My husband ordered gammon and it was a pork chop!

What a lovely evening we had. We are a group of bereaved ladies and call our little group the forget-me-nots... the staff were aware and looked after us so beautifully. From our table which was tucked away right through to the superb and respectful and friendly attentiveness with the service. The food and perfect too! Thank you, I'm sure we'll return for many more little meetings.

We were greeted warmly when we arrived and shown straight to our table, the two members of staff who waited on us were smart polite and attentive, food was served promptly with a smile ! . Food was well presented and good. Nothing seemed to much trouble for the staff. It wasn’t the Ritz .. but for £30 for a Sunday dinner for 2 with drinks …. Can’t fault it ????. Would I go again ? Absolutely

on Friday evening at 19 o'clock to eat booked, the atmosphere of the pub was nice, the staff was very friendly and the eating was delicious. dogs are more than welcome, with tasty and water dishes provided. I had the garlic mushrooms and chicken and pancetta cake, which was delicious. I would recommend a visit. thanks to claire, emily, our great waitress and the whole team. we cannot wait to visit again

on Saturday evening at 17:45 a.m. for a meal with the woman and the children, this was our first correct meal since the beginning of the pandemic as a family. the food was delicious, hot and served immediately. the service was fantastic, very attentive staff and a nice warm and welcome atmosphere. a special mention about the apple pie desert, I had no apple pie that is good for 20 years. the price was for the service and the quality of eating before place. would highly recommend 5 stars all round.
