"We were very warmly welcomed with our 2 young kids at this lovely venue having stopped on the way to visitng family. Quickly seated, served great food, it had good facilities, and attentive staff. Sometime eating out with kids become tricky as plates can come out hot, they have to use adult sized cutlery and don't always get their food before the adults, but at the Plough they did everything right! They were the first to get their food, on plates that were cool enough to touch and with child sized cutlery. And the staff were so attentive to them as they passed us, checking if our food was OK. May make this a regular stopping place on our way to visiting family in the future."

Stopped on the way back home from a day out at Bourton-on-the-water at 6-00. Very friendly staff, we both had the Surf 'n ' turf I like a hot meal hot and it was hot. A really nice meal out with great service.

When ordering food, the cashier was very unpleasant and unprofessional and unfriendly. It was a very bad experience, and mainly service was poor. The staff team was also having problems and quarrels which was very weird. View menu

Great pub, pleasant and always pretty relaxed in there. Does get busy but you can always get a table. Drinks are great with some cocktail choices too and food is good too, think “spoons” style with fair prices. Recommend it, service is always decent.

Visited as a group of 3 adults and 4 children. Phoned before and booked a table with the lady taking my call being polite, friendly and double checking my enquiries. Arrived and we were greeted and seated. All staff were helpful, friendly and engaging. Tables, cutlery and toilets all clean and a mix of football and paralympics were shown on the tvs. Lorraine is a woman who knows how to organise her team very well and it shows in the service you receive-excellent!! Food was enjoyed by ALL our group. Much appreciated!
