"Visiting Inverness for one night, decided to eat out came by the rendezvous cafe there was a staff member outside very friendly he explained what was on the menu, we decided to give it a try even though they’ve only opened up last Wednesday, we ordered some lager 330ml bottle and both decided on the gourmet burgers, a little steep on price for just a burger and side salad if you wanted chips it would’ve been an additional cost, the food was filling and tasty, not used to paying theses prices in our town but we are in a city after all. We may have been the first person’s to purchase the burgers since reopening (we were informed) nice and clean premises with background music, just a little on the costly side for our liking. Dai"

Superb bacon rolls from the Rendezvous last week: including couple of gluten free options. Complete with the essential accompaniments, ie sauces and banter.

On 15th July, my wife and I came to Inverness from Edinburgh. We visited this cafe for our dinner. All staffs were very kind and nice. Our ordered meals were also very good. We enjoyed very much. Thank you!

We woke up at 8:30 a.m. and the staff at our accommodation highly recommended this place as the best breakfast in the city. It truly lived up to that reputation and more! It was a beautiful way to start our day in Inverness. Plus, The Beatles played here in the '60s, so you really can’t go wrong! X View menu

I had a delicious breakfast this morning. I got the French toast with berries and bananas and maple syrup, my man had the same, but with pancakes. they don't lie when they told berries that are safe. it was really amazing with the tons of berries they put in everything. it was the perfect amount of everything that brought me to an end.

eat them nice and delicious with good portions. I had the haggis panini and my wife had goat cheese and caramelized wobble. I thought it was good that the waitress had pointed out that it was best to sit inside, out there was a pesky mouse. just a toilet that was pretty clean, although I'm not an open Zappa fan. music well and loved the lorbeer and hardy videos on a loop playing.

had a late breakfast there and it was absolutely perfect. the service was super nice and even made me eggs, although it was already lunchtime. the Belgian waffles are fantastic. I want to come back tomorrow, but unfortunately this was my last day in the inverness. I can recommend this place to breakfast and I am sure that it also serves delicious meals for lunch and dinner. it is a bit expensive compared to German standards. View menu

nice to have breakfast here. I have to say it was the best I had for my whole trip to Scotland. the sausages were delicious, spectacular was delicious, everything else was very good. tee was great, service was great, the waitress was friendly although she was super busy. it's a small place, so packs fast. in any case recommend. next note, my friend has French toast and spectacular. it was literally french toast covered with spek. So if you don't want a ton spekken, you might get a page that I would imagine it wouldn't be as many pieces as a page, but who knows.

"Oh, what a day we had at The White House for my auntie’s 88th! It was pure magic, right from the off. The team there couldn’t have been more welcoming, making us all feel right at home in the heart of Scotland. Now, let’s gab about the food it was out of this world! We started with gluten free fish n chips, and let me tell you, it was as good as any chippy by the sea – crispy, golden, and just packed with flavor. The venison steak and beef short rib? Cooked just how you’d want them, tender and full of taste. The gluten free burgers were a hit too, so juicy and well seasoned. For pudding, we had these scoops of ice cream, smooth as you like, and an apple crunch cheesecake that was simply to die for. But it was our server, Anastasia, who really made our day. She was a wee star – always there with a smile, quick with a recommendation, and knew her menu inside out. I barely noticed our water bottle was empty, and whoosh, there she was with a full one. That’s service for you! The atmosphere in The White House was just as warm and inviting as you’d hope for. It felt like sitting in a cosy wee pub in the Highlands, with all the charm and friendliness you’d expect. So, if you’re ever in the mood for a meal that’s as satisfying as a wee dram on a cold night, head to The White House. It’s not just eating; it’s a proper Scottish experience, full of heart and soul"
