"Omg what’s happened to the Rice Bowl, it’s been a while since I’ve had food from here but when I have it has always been really good. I have recently moved to the area and have been excited having a takeout from here, this has always been one of the best in this area. Well!! The food was awful, the price is of the scale, just not what I expected. Come on Rice Bowl, you charged me ridiculous price for a one tray special, that’s rice chips curry sauce I asked for mushrooms I had a spring Roll you charged me just over £8, Rip off!! I won’t be coming back!!!!!!!!"

Far too much oil used, everything was greasy and I only had chicken curry and plain noodles, couldn’t eat it and couldn’t take it back as they closed

The food from The Rice bowl must be some of the best Chinese cuisine we have tasted in a very long time. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good Chinese dish View menu

This was a great takeaway, after visiting the past 2 times we've noticed a big change in the food and not a good one. The staff are friendly enough but the quality of the food let's this place down.

My children and I recently had a meal at this restaurant and it was the best Chinese food I have had in a while. The chicken balls and chow mein were delicious. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

The chicken in the curry had a stale taste and was quite tough. The prawn crackers also seemed to be stale. I was disappointed as this is usually a good takeout option. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing it all away. What a waste. View menu

Been using this takeaway for over 20 years , recently had new owners and the food went down hill and very salty, recently tried them again, something has clearly changed and maybe they have listened to the regular customers, excellent food and very tasty. well done new owners

I have visited this place numerous times over past 12 months but i find the portions are small but this place is dearer than every other chinese around. Im surprises it gets any custom if im honest. Tao Tao down the road isnt much better but at least you get larger quantities and it is cheaper
