a really nice pub with many tables outside on the grass. they have a tent area for the rain. excellent covid logs and ordering is a brise through their online page. good selection of beer, apple and ales.

This charming pub is delightful. The service was excellent and very friendly. They are very attentive to Covid-19 safety measures and the place is impeccably clean. The fish and chips were fantastic - delicious, boneless, and not greasy at all - probably the best I've had in years! It's a shame this place isn't closer to us, but it's definitely worth making the extra effort to come back.

was twice in the last weeks. for the first time on Sunday to fry and again on Saturday to the birthday of my daughter. beautiful pub and delightful that there were no last people who have beaten close together. there are also outdoor seating options both front and rear. Eating was really delicious, cooked at home and massive portions. the staff was very friendly and helpful and very sensitive to the needs of our young children. it was nice that there was background music, but nothing too loud. good value for her money. beautiful atmosphere and family friendly. will definitely go back!
