Far more seating area now. Comfortable and colourful. The overhead strings of light bulbs seemed to deter the seagulls from swooping down on the tables. Had a very tasty taco only two small tacos arrived as that was the half portion.

I highly recommend Wings Wednesday at The Rule. The wings are great and the prices are incredible. I was especially pleased with the service from James, who was delightful and extremely helpful in getting us the best deals. I come here every week!

This is a fantastic spot for a casual drink or a leisurely lunch. The hidden garden out back adds to the charm. It's family-friendly with delicious menu options and a nice selection of drinks. The staff is very friendly, and I can't wait to return.

the new menu is amazing! Not only was eating exceptional, but all the staff were so friendly and welcoming! it is a great family environment and now, as it is table service, it makes with the small much easier. there were clean tellers everywhere! I would like to recommend to all my friends without doubt:

The restaurant offers a spacious area to watch golf during the open tournament. The dining experience was excellent and affordable. The menu featured a wide variety of options and there were plenty of drink choices available. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and organized. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

A group of 8 of us stopped by for drinks on Saturday, February 10th. We sat at two separate tables of 4 right next to each other and were enjoying ourselves. However, just after purchasing 8 more drinks, one of the staff members put a reserved sign on one of our tables for 7pm, which was only 15 minutes away from when it was put. Despite us expressing our disappointment to two different staff members, they did not provide a satisfactory response. We ended up finishing our drinks and leaving. Two people then sat at the reserved table, resulting in the restaurant losing the business of 8 customers. It was unreasonable to give such short notice about the reservation.

from the outside, this place looks like it's very small, but it opens once inside. there are also many tables and chairs with some stands. they get a seat, then they go into the bar to their order they remember, their table number then pay, it is card or cash here. I noticed when they pay for our order with the card, the machine gives the opportunity to add a tipp seems strange to tap before they eat and drink. we ordered lattes haddock and chips and a bark meat cake. all the foods that were served have really cost well, although it could have been warmer, as with the lattes that were lukewarm. the server was polite, fast and well presented. the toilets were clean and tidy. dogs are welcome...

I am disappointed. I am updating my previous 5-star review based on my most recent experience. I visited the restaurant on 20/08/2022 to watch a boxing match. The first issue arose when we arrived at our reserved table and it was not available, with no table being assigned to us. Secondly, it took 15 minutes (while I was actually waiting at the bar to be served) for a man who arrived after me, got served, left, returned to the bar, and was served again before me! There were enough bar staff present, yet I seemed invisible to them for some reason. If it wasn't for another customer informing the staff, who knows how long I would have had to wait. Additionally, when I went to the men's restroom...
