"As regular customers we have always felt a warm friendly welcome. However on this particular day we came as usual for social drinks with my both . BOTH with learning disabilities. A new member of staff behind the bar approached us and told us to turn our phones down as we we were sharing and watching a funny video to ourselves. Not a busy afternoon... she abruptly came over and said can you turn that down we can hear it near the front .. quite contradicting as there is music playing and people cackling and laughing near the bar anyway ?! Rude. Pure rude. Maybe staff training is needed for people with learning disabilities/ autism."
