"Good evening, I ate here for the first time today and was shocked. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and the food was okay apart from a few minor things. However, I was negatively surprised at how the owner could behave like this towards his staff. Because of a human error, the owner loudly reprimanded an incredibly friendly employee in front of the entire restaurant and I can't believe how shameful and disrespectful that was towards the waitress. For these reasons, I briefly considered leaving the store immediately and reprimanding the owner myself. I have never had an experience like this before and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I hope or pray that something like this never happens again and is stopped immediately. Despite the stress, the service was remarkably friendly and professional. I won't eat here anymore."

Wir sind extra am frühen Nachmittag zum Tonic gegangen um für den Abend zu reservieren, weil wir uns auf ein leckeres Mal gefreut haben. Der Kellner sagte uns, man könne keinen Tisch draussen reservieren, nur im Restaurant innen und wir sollten einfach abends wieder kommen, es sei kein Problem. Als wir Abends wieder erschienen hiess es, wir hätten reservieren sollen und alle Tische seien jetzt besetzt, es tue ihnen leid, aber es gäbe keinen Platz für uns. Sorry aber das geht gar nicht, Kunden so zu veräppeln und enttäuschen, da kann das Essen noch so gut sein.
