"What a waste of a superb location. A number of us visited for breakfast today. After waiting 15 minutes to order, 45 minutes for drinks and nearly an hour for food we were totally underwhelmed with the food quality. Every single poached egg was like a boiled egg and cold. Some of our party had to ask for their coffee order five times and still didn’t receive the correct coffee. The young waiting staff were doing an admirable job trying to placate everyone, but the quality and waiting times were atrocious. The F B Manager appeared to be hiding in the kitchen and couldn’t apologise enough when approached. Food drinks: Very poor!"

I had a wonderful dining experience with a fantastic meal and exceptional service. The food and drinks were top-notch, and I would rate the service a perfect 5. The location also deserves a 5, and overall, it offers great value.

This was a welcome coffee stop on a hike from Abersoch to Pwhelli. However, it was expensive at over £8 for two coffees and the service wasn't brilliant with young waiting girls who were totally disinterested and apathetic. The place itself was clean and there appeared to be plenty of staff at work. The views from the terrace are fantastic, especially on a bright sunny day as it was when we were there. Our coffee was brought to us by an older member of staff who was polite and interested.

Poor service, dirty glasses everywhere, cushions on chairs had been left out overnight so ended up sitting on wicker frame very uncomfortable as the cushions were sodden wet. You need to get a grip the Warren management !! This place should be a goldmine. You won't get returning customers! Alot of the staff were inside chatting and when they did come out to take your order we were asked 3 times. Nobody was clearing away. Surely a school leaver would work there just collecting glasses. Is a shame. Remember this place when it was was a little shack some years ago. Wont be returning anytime soon.

The restaurant has a lovely location, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. We waited over an hour for our food, and we had to find our own seat cushions. There was no offer for additional drinks either. When I asked how long the food would take, the staff member went to check but never returned; instead, she continued taking orders from other tables. When I inquired again, she said she would go check once more. It seems reasonable to prioritize clearing the kitchen rather than continuing to take more orders. This place has great potential, but they really need to improve their organization and service.

"Firstly, lets start with the good things. We were sat in the window with absolutely stunning views! We visited on a Sunday for father's day, to be told it was only roasts on the menu. This wasn't a problem and the beef, lamb and nut roast was not awful. The roast potatoes were some of the best I'd had in a while. However, after being seated we had to wait about 30mins for drinks, and that was after we ended up going to the bar and asking for drinks. We then placed our food at the same time. Then we waited and waited for around another hour before we received our food, with no other drinks orders being taken. If this was a busy restaurant then I'd maybe understand. But we were one of four tables. The table next to us received starters and then mains before we received anything. More often than not there was no staff member behind the bar or front of house. The waitress was doing her best as they were clearly short staffed, but the wait on food was not her fault. We were understanding they were short, but there was only 4 tables, we shouldn't have had to wait as long as we did. Roasts are one of the easiest things to do and turn around quickly, and considering it was father's day and for the prices we would have expected better. It was £23 for two courses, we were all looking forward to having dessert but because the main took so long to arrive we all decided it was too late and didn't really want to wait any longer for dessert, so we were charged £18 each for our roasts. One of the group last visited October 2022 and was blown away by the food and the service. I'm not sure if it's changed hands since then or what has changed but they really need to have a re think of their service, it's such a beautiful venue, just really let down by the wait and service. But as initially said the roast wasn't horrendous and everyone was so hungry that plates were all finished."
