"As for the menu, they had already run out of several options, leaving us with just a single option of salad, which was unacceptable. We had come for a Christmas dinner with friends and were left with no choice but to order sandwiches. The staff was limited, and many were more focused on their phones or chatting than taking orders or serving food. This led to long waits for our orders to be taken, for the food to arrive, and we had no additional table service throughout our visit. To make matters worse, one person in our group received her sandwich after everyone else had finished eating, despite our orders being placed simultaneously and us following up with the staff multiple times. When her order finally arrived, it was incorrect and missing key ingredients as described on the menu. We were told that the sandwich would be removed from our bill, but when the bill came, it was still there, requiring us to complain again for it to be taken off. Adding insult to injury, a service charge had been included in our bill. I voiced my discontent and explained that, given our experience, we wouldn't be paying that charge in full, but there was no acknowledgment from the staff. Instead, the waiter just laughed and agreed that he understood why we didn't want to pay it, which felt utterly inappropriate. As we were leaving, we encountered a particularly unhelpful and rude waitress, who turned out to be the manager. She approached us to offer a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our next visit, but I doubt that would have ever been honored. It felt more like a pathetic attempt to placate us rather than a genuine offer. Overall, it was too little, too late. I plan to send a formal complaint to the brewery that owns this pub, as this entire experience was truly embarrassing. I have no intention of returning."

They ran out of food at 4 PM, so we had to leave. I was very unimpressed, especially since we had made a reservation in advance.

Took 17 minutes to talk to a bartender. There were 4 making 3 drinks and it took them that long. They didn’t know what open table was and had never heard of a 50% discount.

Food was nice but service was slow and they insisted we pay the bill (including service charge! before our food even arrived because the bill was just over £100 which was odd.

Bad experience, even if I’ve shown them the reservation, confirmed also by mail, they’ve told me that they didn’t have it, saying that they give availability on Sunday without any kind of control. I will never come back. Personal very unpleasant. View menu

Team Food Event. the food was fabulous many possibilities for the whole group. the service was a little slow, although the pub was not busy. never the second pint. I would definitely recommend the warwick for eating and drinks, but if they are in a hurry order at the bar!

OK. This is a great pub, excellent selection of drinks and close to Piccadilly Circus. Sadly, our booking hadn't been recognised. The staff were fabulous and did find us a table. Very loud music and for a friends get together, couldn't hear each other so left and ate elsewhere.

WE arrived and they did not have our booking, ended up being squashed onto a booth not big enough for 10 people. Did not have items on the menu and only told us after we ordered. At 6pm the music was so loud we could not hear ourselves or the barmen. If we had not had a show to attend we would have found somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing. View menu

Having booked a table for dinner, we arrived and had to search for our own table. On sitting we noticed a foul smell in the area drains? with no one available to ask to be seated else where we chose to leave and chance finding food in another establishment. Overall service was poor, members of staff saw us arrive, nobody came to assist us in finding the pre booked table and we were not offered drinks/menus on arrival. With all the fab eateries in and around Soho I wont be hurrying back.

I called the restaurant and was instructed to go next door. Unfortunately, the welcome we received was far from warm; the guests at the party were visibly confused as to why six "strangers" were interrupting their festivities. Three staff members, who looked less than welcoming, begrudgingly led us to our table. We were not greeted properly, nor were we offered drinks. After catching the attention of a passing employee, we were informed that we had to order at the bar. When we did so and asked for menus, the response was, "The kitchen is closed." The manager then stopped by, appearing completely indifferent and unapologetic. He simply stated, "We told the central team not to accept bookings...
